Established Pyndah Venkanna Ramakrishnayya Trust in 1834 for free boarding & lodging, for pilgrims at Draksharamam, Kotipalli & Bhadrachalam. 365 acres of fertile land and other assets donated to this trust make it self sufficient even today.

Contributed Rs 1,00,000/- in 1811 for the renovation of Lord Bheemeshwara temple at Draksharamam – one of the Pancharamas.

Ramakrishnaiah garu financed a choultry for Vedic learning at Kashi in the name of his wife,
Smt. Venkamma

In association with Sri Kandukuri Veereshalingam Pantulu they Encouraged and Financed widow re-marriages

Freedom fighter with close ties to Mahatma Gandhi, Nehru, Prakasam Pantulu, Potti Sriramulu and Bulusu Sambamurthy. They stayed at the family house.

Was Chairman of Kakinada Municipality, MLA of composite Madras State, MP in the first Rajya Sabha & MLC in AP Legislative Council

As a member of Rajya Sabha brought the first non-official resolution for a separate Andhra State
